User Data Deletion

You can delete the data FarmPost holds about you at any time. Pick the option that fits: remove just the Facebook data, or delete your whole FarmPost account.
Option 1: Remove FarmPost from your Facebook settings
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Apps and websites. For Pages connected with Facebook Login for Business, go to Business integrations.
- Find FarmPost and click Remove.
Facebook notifies us automatically. We then delete your Facebook user ID, name, granted permissions, the connected Pages, and their access tokens. You get a confirmation code, which you can check on this page.
Option 2: Disconnect Facebook inside FarmPost
- Sign in to FarmPost and open Social Accounts.
- Click Disconnect next to your Facebook login. This revokes FarmPost's permissions on Facebook and deletes every stored token.
- To also remove a Page and its schedules, open the Page's menu and choose Remove.
Option 3: Delete your entire FarmPost account
- Sign in to FarmPost and open Settings.
- Under Delete account, confirm with your password.
This permanently deletes your profile, uploaded media files, schedules, posts, devices, API keys, connected accounts and Facebook tokens, and revokes FarmPost's access on Facebook. It can't be undone.
Option 4: Ask us by email
Can't sign in? Email privacy@farmpost.me from the address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Facebook data: your app-scoped Facebook user ID and name, granted permissions, and Page IDs, names, pictures, roles and access tokens.
- With account deletion, also your profile, media library, captions, schedules, post history, devices and activity logs.
Posts that were already published stay on Facebook until you delete them there. FarmPost can't remove them once your access is revoked. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
