Terms of Service

FarmPost lets you store media, schedule posts, and publish them to social media accounts you connect. That includes Facebook Pages connected through Facebook Login, and accounts run by the FarmPost automation app on your own devices.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Give accurate information and keep your password and device API keys secret. You are responsible for all activity in your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@farmpost.me if you suspect unauthorised access.

• When you connect a Facebook Page, you authorise FarmPost to publish the content you schedule to that Page on your behalf. You may only connect Pages you are permitted to manage.
• You must follow the terms and policies of each platform you post to, including Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards and Pages, Groups and Events Policies.
• You can revoke FarmPost's access at any time in Social Accounts or in your Facebook settings. FarmPost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
• Platforms may change their APIs, limits or rules at any time. For example, Meta limits how many Reels can be published through its API each day. We can't guarantee that a platform will accept or display any post.

You keep ownership of everything you upload or publish. You give FarmPost a limited licence to store, process, copy and send your content only as needed to run the Service, for example to deliver a scheduled post to the Page you chose. You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish your content, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative or infringing content;
• send spam, run fake engagement, or get around a platform's rate limits, reviews or enforcement;
• access accounts or Pages you are not authorised to manage;
• interfere with the Service, probe its security, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows;
• resell the Service, or share access with people outside your organisation, without our permission.

When you use browser automation on your own devices, you are responsible for complying with each platform's terms.

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices and limits are shown before you buy. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where we say so in writing.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see User Data Deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk for other users or platforms, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any post will be published at a specific time.

To the extent the law allows, FarmPost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

You will defend and indemnify FarmPost against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or of a platform's policies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia, and disputes will be resolved in its courts, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in advance. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept them.
