Privacy Policy

Account information. Your name, email address, timezone, and a password, which we store only as a salted hash. We never store your password in readable form.

Content you upload. Photos, videos and other files you add to your media library, their file names, folders, sizes and durations, and the captions, hashtags and schedules you create.

Posting activity. The posts we publish for you: when they ran, their status, error messages, and links to the published posts.

Information from Facebook. When you choose "Connect Facebook" and approve access with Facebook Login, Meta shares the following with us, based on the permissions you grant:

• your Facebook user ID (app-scoped) and name;
• the permissions you granted or declined;
• for the Facebook Pages you manage and choose to connect: the Page ID, name, category, profile picture, your role (tasks) on the Page, and a Page access token that lets FarmPost publish to that Page.

We never receive or store your Facebook password. We don't access your personal profile, friends, messages, or the private information of people who interact with your Pages.

Devices and technical data. If you use the FarmPost automation app, the device name, app version, operating system, IP address and approximate country. For security, we also keep server logs, including IP addresses, request times and an activity log of changes made in your account.

We use information obtained through Facebook Login and the Facebook Graph API only to provide the features you ask for:

• to show you the Pages you manage so you can choose which ones FarmPost posts to;
• to publish the photos, videos, Reels, Stories and text you schedule, only to the Pages you selected;
• to show you whether each post succeeded, with a link to it, and to tell you when a connection needs to be renewed.

We don't use Facebook data for advertising, profiling, or building audiences. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with data brokers. We handle it in line with the Meta Platform Terms.

• to run the Service: store your media, run your schedules, and publish posts;
• to keep the Service secure: sign-in protection, rate limits, fraud prevention and troubleshooting;
• to contact you about your account, such as failed posts or security notices;
• to meet legal obligations.

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Meta (Facebook). When you publish to a Facebook Page, we send the media and caption you scheduled to Meta. Meta handles it under its own Privacy Policy.
• Service providers that host our servers, database and file storage (such as Cloudflare R2). They process data only on our instructions.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the Service.

We don't sell personal information.

Facebook access tokens are encrypted before they are stored and are never sent to your browser. Passwords and device API keys are stored only as hashes. Media files are private and can only be opened through short-lived signed links. All traffic uses HTTPS.

We keep your information while your account is active. Facebook tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect Facebook in FarmPost, remove a Page, remove FarmPost from your Facebook settings, or delete your account. When you delete your account, your media, posts, schedules, devices, connected accounts and logs are deleted from our systems. Residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

• You can view and update your profile in Settings.
• You can disconnect Facebook or remove individual Pages at any time in Social Accounts.
• You can delete your data or your whole account. See User Data Deletion for step-by-step instructions.
• You can ask us for a copy of your data, or for its correction or deletion, by emailing privacy@farmpost.me.

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. When they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you in the dashboard or by email.
